Tell us about yourself.

I work at sears as a National Management Trainee. I am in a comprehensive 6 month program designed to develop talented associates into highly skilled managers capable of handling the various operations critical to the success of the store. During my six months I take part in several In-Store Rotations this includes all selling and non-selling areas of the store, such as receiving, replenishment, merchandising, in-store support, operations, human resources and asset protection. I am also going to learn the skills required in each role but will also gain a macro view of how they all work together. At the same time this job offers me a mentor relationship which helps with my development and offers me another tool to succeed. I'm looking forward to my future within this career and hope to learn many things that will help me now and in the future. I have a lot of goals in life and I will do whatever it takes in order to reach them. Success Is going to happen within my lifetime for me I am outgoing business is going to be my career I like to meet new people I never give up because failure is not a choice in my life Something I live my life by is I always use the power Positive and Enthusiastic attitude by thinking like this.... I'm known to must people has the outgoing type that truly would do anything for anyone. I think where I'm at today in my life i did not get alone and how should you expect other people to succeed with the guidance of others. I also like to have fun, and enjoy being around people. I'm truly a people person and people who first meet me see that right off that bat.

Why did you join KC Young Professionals?

I just moved here for my job and live in a condo in downtown KC. Also looking to meet great people to hangout with in my free time and network with other KC Young Professionals. I'm also looking for a mentor at the same time outside of work that can help with real life career issues.
