Ted Ulan also monitors market conditions and other factors to ensure growth of organizational investments. As a secondary market consultant, Ulan analyzes existing loans and capitalization efforts and purchases them from their original owners. Prior to founding First Kansas Financial, Ted Ulan provided prospecting and negotiation services for the National Bank of Kansas City in Overland Park.
