My wife and I have a gym in the west bottoms. We are passionate about helping young adults in their fitness journey and their spiritual journey. We believe the two align in many ways. Our gym is 30 min group classes that are always different and challenging .
Why did you join KC Young Professionals?
We are young adults and feel a calling to help other young adults.
