Tell us about yourself.

I am a Quality Associate in Energy, responsible for supporting multiple Quality managers in the areas of Process Improvement, Project Quality Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Audits. Some activities that I am responsible for include tracking, analyzing and preparing reports for the cost of quality, preparing process maps, and assisting in data gathering, interviews, and report preparation of audit and assessment reports. I have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and intermediate skills in website design.
