Tell us about yourself.

My name is Jordan and I recently relocated to the KC area for a Finance position. I am 27 and an ambitious go-getter, who thrives in social settings ("like a gentleman"). I just relocated from the Atlanta area, but have lived in Chicago, New Jersey, Orange County, CA, Las Vegas, Denver and Florida. I consider my mentality as West Coast, with Mid-West values at the core. The most important people in my life are family and friends (from all different cities!). Outside of keeping the numbers in line on the daily with my career, my true passions include music, working out (played collegiate baseball), and being a positive- vibe merchant to all those I come in contact with. I am a huge 311 fan, but jump at the chance to see live music (or hit the dance floor!). I'm seeking to obtain an MBA within the next 3 years and aspire to be a CEO or future business owner in the years to come.

Why did you join KC Young Professionals?

I would like to establish a legitimate group of intelligent individuals for both social and business relationships. I am a huge believer in the notion that you are (or develop traits) of those who you surround yourself with, hence my reason to join. I want to be able to interact/develop/cultivate relationships backed by intelligence that share common progressive mindsets. I just moved back to town 6 weeks ago and am eager to meet KC's finest, both intellectually and socially!
