Tell us about yourself.

I am Director of Operations for a small telecommunications company. I'm in charge of all the day-to-day runnings of the company. I also get to interact with our customers on a daily basis, which is the highlight of my job. I love people and enjoy the time I get to spend with our customers instead of sitting behind my desk.
