Tell us about yourself.

I am originally from Des Moines, Iowa and went to undergrad at the University of Iowa. I work an assistant fee-only financial planner at a firm located on the plaza. Additionally, I'm a master's student in financial planning at K-State. My wife and I married in Sept. 2011 and then moved to Kansas City immediately following our honeymoon to begin our careers. We just bought our first house near the airport in the northland and enjoy spending time outside with our puppy.

Why did you join KC Young Professionals?

As I (and my wife) are fairly new to the Kansas City area and are both in our mid-twenties, we'd like to get to know other young professionals in the KC area.
