I am the owner of a local real estate investment company, Blueprint Properties Inc. www.BlueprintProp.com We are a full service real estate solutions company, that is actively buying and selling homes in the Kansas City area. We also offer full rehab construction services and tenant placement. I began my adventure with real estate in the year 2003. I started out buying, rehabbing, renting, and selling investment properties in the greater Kansas City area. Prior to and during some of those years, I was also an active mortgage broker for 10+ years. I am absolutely passionate about real estate and love all of the challenges and rewards that it has to offer.
